How to order a solitaire I see in your shop and get more information about a product or delivery delay?
Best way to get any information is to write me via contact formular. I will reply ASAP.

I see lot of custom works in private spaces in the custom work section. How can I own something similar?
To design and manufacture a custom work for you, we need to discuss the inspiration, the idea and lot of other things (space conditions etc.) Custom work usually needs montage and fitting in your space provided by myself.

Delivery informations
Worldwide usually via Austrian post, In Slovakia via Slovak post. Package tracking information will be sent upon shipment to the email provided in the checkout process. I produce mostly one-offs so the price of shipping varies according to the place of destination, weight and character of the object. I will specify the price beforehand.

You make handmade products. Is it possible to change some details of your products?
Yes, probably. We can discuss the possibilities.

Is it possible to come visit your workshop?
Yes, of course, send me an email to take an appointment.

Is it possible to find your lights in shops somewhere?
Unfortunately no. If this will change I will announce it.
