This subtile airy lamp is composed from various used components. Original and very popular desk lamp from the bohemian designer Josef Hůrka and producer Napako was found on a flea market. The original white paint was removed from the aluminium shade, and all parts cleaned and polished. To show the very own (hi)story of the lamp the deformation of the steel beam was preserved. The metal part can be separated from the wooden part. The minimalistic wooden pedestal arised from the slim birch legs of a kitchen table meeting in a node made from oak wood. Silver textile runs along he cranelike construction, fixed with leather eyelets. The lamp is easy to adjust and is ideal for reading a book in a chair or sofa.
